Yani Smith, the visionary behind Legal Intake Pros, leverages over a decade of experience to drive exponential growth for plaintiff personal injury law firms. During her influential five-year tenure at Steinberg Law Firm, Yani spearheaded comprehensive marketing and intake strategies. Her innovative approach focused on conversion optimization and business intelligence, leading to the adoption of cutting-edge intake management software, refined training protocols, and robust quality control systems. Under Yani's dynamic leadership, the law firm not only experienced exponential growth but also tripled the intake department's size.
Yani's journey took a new turn when she transitioned to a pivotal role at a Legal Marketing Company. There, she applied her intake optimization expertise to help law firms address core issues and gain clarity in intake conversions, adding intake solutions to the agency's services. In the program's inaugural year, her first client experienced a 2.5X increase in cases within just one year. As the program scaled, it continued to set records for more law firms within the agency's book of business, establishing her reputation as a pragmatic intake and marketing consultant.
